View Where in the World could Gaddafi go to avoid the ICC in a larger map
This map shows which countries that have not signed or ratified the Statue of Rome and therefore are not a member of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the Hague.
How does this relates to Gaddafi...well any country signed up to the ICC would be obligated to hand him over to the ICC on war crimes charges.
So this map shows technically which country he could flee too and not have answer war crime charges which seems to be the major obstacle to a post Gaddafi Libya.
